Data in transit
Our website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted using modern TLS.
Access control
Administrative access to our website and member tools is restricted to authorised FitSA staff and requires authentication.
Hosting & infrastructure
The site runs on managed cloud infrastructure with platform-level security controls maintained by our hosting provider.
What we collect
We collect information you submit through forms (such as contact, membership and newsletter requests) and basic analytics needed to operate the site. We do not sell personal information.
POPIA & your rights
We aim to handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
